《情遇曼哈顿》讲述了四个年轻人背井离乡成“纽漂”，在曼哈顿追逐梦想、情遇真爱的故事。据悉，为了呈现精彩的百老汇歌舞场景,王丽坤和高以翔事先都特意进行了专门的培训,被问及拍摄过程中最难的部分是什么,王丽坤直言是唱歌剧,因为唱法和歌词真的都很难。而从来没有学过舞蹈的高以翔坦言,他这次真的领教了学习舞蹈的困难,他需要在短短一个月内学完两套舞。另外,高以翔还在片中贡献出了自己的第一次“劈腿”,对此他表示,“其实当时导演说,你看着丽坤跳然后学她就好,没想到她来了一个超狠的。”
